IC Barbetta's Painted Lady of Insomnia 23/12/1998 - 10/03/2008 We have said goodbye to a very special girl in our cattery. Lady, the "Grand Dame" of our cattery and the first Exotic we had (our foundationgirl) was put to sleep by our vet. Lady has fought a battle with cancer for almost 2 years and after 4 surgeries during these last 2 years we knew that she would not be with us for much longer... On sunday Lady started to say her goodbyes to us and the other cats in our home and yesterday we had to let her go. We want to thank her breeder, Mrs. Annie v/d Donk (Barbetta cattery), for this lovely and sweet girl who has given us so many years of joy and affection and also gorgeous babies ! She has always been a girl that welcomed visitors in our home by nuzzling with them and sitting on their lap. She is saddly missed and we will cherish her in our hearts forever. |
