Lot's of fun stuff !
Our hobbies, travels etc..
Beaubell's Ron Weasley of Insomnia
In May 2002 I was fortunate to fly to the USA,
to Chicago, to meet Lyn & Colin Bayliss
(Beaubell cattery). I went there to pick up a red
tabby persian boy named Beaubell's Ron
Weasley.

I also visited Chicago, I went to a CFA Show
that weekend and I also attended the Midwest
Regional Banquet.

It was a wonderfull experience that I will never
forget !
Besides our joined hobby (cats) John and I persue different things.
John is the spotive one of us both, and I am more the creative one...
I love making teddybears, making quilts and showcurtains,
gardening and reading a good book while I drink a good cup of tea.

This picture is actually the first teddybear I have made (in 2003) and
his name is Joey.
We both love travelling, but since 5 years we have not been able to travel that much anymore because of our cattery.
But we still have a lot of destinations on our wishlist, so we will try and go there one day !

So far we have visited Kreta (Greece), Barcelona & Malgrat de Mar (Spain), Sousse & Port el Kanthaoui (Tunesia),
Schwarzwald (Germany), Istanbul & Gümbet (Turkey), Leichesterchire (UK) and Chicago (USA) for holidays.
I also like to photograph with my Canon EOS 350D.
Most of my subjects are my cats or flowers from
our own garden.
But also animals from Zoos we have visited over
the years are a favorite subject...
